What we do

The interdisciplinary training in Biomedical Technologies (INTBIOTECH) program was established in 2022 thanks to a collaborative excercise between principal investors and academic, research, non-profit and industry partners for achieveing a common overall goal:

To advance scientific research by removing systemic barriers and providing tailored training to highly qualified trainees.

Our particular goals

To restructure the academic & professional preparation of highly qualified personnel (HQP)

To guide and support highly-qualified trainees in their career progression

To increase educational equity, diversity and inclusion in all of our training and research programs

To position Canada as a leader for training in the field of biomanufacturing for tissue engineering & organ repair
